• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

✅ Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.

✅ Non-Returnable Items

• Due to the nature of personal care products, any item that has been opened or used is non-returnable.
